Ingredients
- PAM® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 bag (306 g) Swanson® Steamfresh® Sauced-Cheesy Broccoli
- 1/2 cup (85 g) chopped Back bacon
- 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (90 g) chopped roasted red peppers
- 8 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
- 1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt
- 1/8 tsp (0.3 g) freshly ground black pepper
- 3 White English Muffins, split and toasted
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish with cooking spray.

Step two
Arrange cheesy broccoli, bacon, cheddar and roasted peppers in prepared dish.

Step three
In large bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour over broccoli mixture.

Step four
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly golden. Serve over English muffin halves.
Tips
For a loaded breakfast bake, add sliced mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Swap Swanson® Steamfresh® Sauced-Cheesy Broccoli with a different vegetable mix, such as one of the Swanson® Ovens Roasters™ products.
