Ingredients
- 1lb ground Italian sausage
- 2 cans Hunts Heirloom crushed tomato
- 4 carrots peeled
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 peeled red onions
- Chop or pure carrot ,celery and onion
- 16 0z fresh pasta
- 12 smashed garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
Directions

Step one
In a pot, sauté the garlic with the pure or chopped vegetables until translucent.

Step two
Add ground sausage and brown in the veg.

Step three
Deglaze with white wine then add tomato.

Step four
Lower heat and simmer stirring occasionally for one hour then serve with cooked pasta.
