Ingredients
- PAM® Original Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 cans (2 x 425g) Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®
- 1 can (156 mL) Hunt's® Garlic Tomato Paste
- 1 can (398 mL) Hunt's® Heirloom Original Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 2 oz. (60 g) cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- ¼ tsp. (1 mL) Italian Seasoning, dried
- ⅓ cup (85 mL) Italian-style bread crumbs
- ¼ cup (65 mL) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) butter, melted or sub earth balance butter melted
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish PAM® Original Non-Stick Cooking Spray.

Step two
Add the Chef Boyardee® Beefaroni®, undrained Hunt's® Heirloom Original Diced Tomatoes Hunt's® Garlic Tomato Paste, cream cheese and Italian Seasoning to the dish; stir together.

Step three
Cover dish with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until cream cheese softens and blends when stirred.

Step four
Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle over warm Beefaroni® mixture.

Step five
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and breading has browned slightly.
