Crostini with Tomato Jam and Goat Cheese

In skillet, combine Hunt’s Heirloom® Whole Tomatoes, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, salt, pepper, cinnamon, allspice and cloves; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, stirring frequently, for 15 to 18 minutes or until thickened to jam-like consistency. Let cool completely. Refrigerate in airtight jar or container for up to 1 week.
Serve jam on baguette toasts with crumble of goat cheese and sprinkle of arugula.
Use tomato jam on burgers, grilled cheese or add to a cheese board.
