Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper liners. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, using handheld electric mixer at low speed, blend cake mix, 4 green pudding cups, egg whites and oil for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre of a cupcake comes out clean. Transfer cupcakes in their liners to wire rack and let cool completely. Use the end of a spoon to poke a small hole in each cupcake.
In large resealable freezer bag, add corn flakes cereal.
In small microwave-safe bowl, add 125 mL frosting. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in black food colouring. Pour frosting mixture into bag with corn flakes cereal; seal and shake to coat. Transfer to prepared baking sheet to dry.
In small resealable freezer bag, add 2 red pudding cups. Seal, cut off 1 corner and pipe pudding evenly into cupcakes.
Decorate cupcakes lightly with remaining frosting and frosted corn flakes cereal. Spray shimmering food colour spray over cupcakes.
