Ingredients
- 4 cups (300 g) shredded napa cabbage
- 1 cup (90 g) shredded red cabbage
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) P.F. Chang's™ Home Menu Sesame Sauce
- 1 cup (110 g) shredded carrot
- 1 cup (175 g) thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup (119 g) matchstick cut English cucumber, unpeeled
- 1 cup (160 g) frozen shelled edamame, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup (63 g) crunchy wonton strips
- 1/2 cup (52 g) thinly sliced green onions (scallions)
- 1/4 cup (16 g) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon (2 g) thinly sliced fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon (2 g) thinly sliced fresh Thai basil
- 1 tablespoon (2 g) toasted sesame seeds
Directions

Step one
Stir together napa cabbage, red cabbage and 1/3 cup (79 mL) sesame sauce in large bowl.

Step two
Place cabbage on serving platter. Top with carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, edamame, green onion and wonton strips.

Step three
Sprinkle with herbs, green onion and sesame seeds. Drizzle with remaining 1/3 (79 mL) cup sauce.

Step four
Serve immediately, present platter and toss just before enjoying.
Tips
Salad will be lightly dressed, add additional sesame sauce for even more flavour. Add cooked chicken, shrimp or salmon for a complete meal. If Thai Basil isn’t available in your market, you can substitute regular basil. Look for wonton strips with the salad toppings in the produce section.
