Ingredients
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 4 slices fresh pineapple (230 g) (1/4-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) P.F. Chang's™ Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 cups (559 g) tri-color coleslaw mix
- 4 mini sweet peppers (200 g) (multiple colors), thinly sliced
- 2 green onions (50 g), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (17 g) chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Step one
Spray cold grates of grill with grilling spray and heat to high. Grill pineapple until charred on each side, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Step two
Chop pineapple into 1/2-inch pieces. Whisk together teriyaki sauce and lime juice in large bowl. Stir in coleslaw mix, cooled pineapple, peppers, green onions and cilantro. Refrigerate grilled pineapple coleslaw 15 minutes before serving.
