Grilled Szechwan Pork Ribs

Place ribs in a large saucepan with chicken stock and VH® Stir Fry Orange Ginger Sauce and simmer for 40 minutes, or until tender.
Remove ribs from stock and cool.
Preheat barbecue to low. Brush the ribs generously with VH® Sweet & Spicy Szechwan Sauce and slowly grill ribs until nicely browned about 15-20 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the side, making sure to bring the sauce to the boil before serving.
