Grilled Szechwan Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 lbs (1.5 kg) baby back pork ribs, cut into serving size
- 1 bottle (355 mL) VH® Orange Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce
- 8 cups (2 L) chicken stock
- 1 cup (250 mL) VH® Sweet & Spicy Szechwan

Step one
Place ribs in a large saucepan with chicken stock and VH® Stir Fry Orange Ginger Sauce and simmer for 40 minutes, or until tender.

Step two
Remove ribs from stock and cool.

Step three
Preheat barbecue to low. Brush the ribs generously with VH® Sweet & Spicy Szechwan Sauce and slowly grill ribs until nicely browned about 15-20 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the side, making sure to bring the sauce to the boil before serving.
