Ingredients
- 12 prepared cooked meatballs, halved (small to medium-size)
- 1 can (283 g) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 1/2 cups (198 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, split
- 1/4 cup (57 g) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (32 g) finely chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Toss together halved meatballs, and Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies.

Step two
Assemble meatballs, shredded mozzarella and green pepper in dinner rolls. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet; set aside.

Step three
Stir together butter, parsley and garlic; brush mixture over top of dinner rolls.

Step four
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
Tips
Substitute shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese for mozzarella cheese if desired.
