Ingredients: 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice; 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice; 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil; 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 2 tsp (10 g) ground cumin; 1 tsp (5 g) dried oregano; 1 tsp (5 g) brown sugar; 1 tsp (5 g) chili powder; 1 1/2 lb (750 g) flank steak; 2 ripe avocados, halved and sliced; 1 can (283 g) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained; 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice; 2 tbsp (16 g) diced pickled jalapeño peppers; 12 corn tortillas, warmed; 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced; 1/4 cup (32 g) finely chopped fresh cilantro; 1/2 tsp (2 g) salt; 1/2 tsp (2 g) pepper

12 corn tortillas, warmed
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup (32 g) finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
1/2 tsp (2 g) pepper

Step one

In glass bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, oregano, sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper; add steak, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step two

Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill steak for 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare or until cooked as desired. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Step three

Meanwhile, stir together avocados, Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, lime juice and pickled jalapeños. Assemble steak in tortillas with avocado mixture, red onion and cilantro.
