Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) VH® Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grainy mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 6 cups (1.5 L) thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) raisins
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley

Step one
In large bowl, whisk together VH® Honey Sriracha Sauce, oil, cider vinegar, mustard, garlic and salt.

Step two
Add cabbage, apple, raisins and parsley to bowl; toss until well coated. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Tips
- Tangy Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apples work well in this salad.
- For quick preparation, used prepared coleslaw mix.
