1 can (540 mL) Aylmer® Accents Italian Seasonings Chunky Stewed Tomatoes, drained
4 slices mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp (15 mL) pesto
4 ciabatta buns, toasted and split
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh baby arugula

Step one

Arrange Gardein® Crispy Chick’n Patties on baking sheet; cook according to package directions.
Step two

Top patties evenly with Aylmer® Accents Italian Seasonings Chunky Stewed Tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tomatoes are heated through.
Step three

Combine mayonnaise with pesto; spread evenly over bottoms of buns. Top with cooked Gardein® Crispy Chick’n Patties and arugula. Cap with tops of buns.
