Ingredients
- 1 398ml can of Hunt’s® Heirloom Diced
- 1 398ml can of Hunt’s® Heirloom Crushed
- 1 Package of Tagliatelle pasta
- 1 Diced Red Onion
- 1 Diced Whole Chilli Pepper
- 1 Bunch of cooked Rapini or Broccoli, chopped
- 6 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1lb Shrimp (Cleaned and tailed)
Directions

Step one
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook Tagliatelle according to package directions. Dice the onion and chili pepper. Cut cooked broccoli or Rapini into small florets.

Step two
In a separate pot on medium heat, coat the bottom with olive oil and sauté the onion, chili pepper and broccoli. Add in the cleaned and tailed shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is mostly pink. Deglaze the pot with Hunt’s Heirloom Diced and Crushed. Simmer the mixture for 10 mins.

Step three
Combine tagliatelle pasta with the tomato and shrimp sauce. Toss to coat. Serve garnished with basil and parmigiano.
