- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. (45 mL) canola oil
- 3 cups (750 mL) button mushrooms, halved
- 2 cups (500 mL) cleaned sliced leeks
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) julienned red pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pouch (160 mL) VH® General Tao Stir-Fry Sauce
Directions
-
Step one
Spray 13″ x 9″ (3L) baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) . Combine cornstarch and water (slurry); set aside.
