Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb (750 g) pork loin, cubed
- 1 orange, quartered
- 4 green onions, cut lengthways into 1" (2.5 cm) pieces
- 1 red and 1 green pepper, chopped into 1.5" (4 cm) pieces
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) VH® Garlic Rib Sauce (Mild, Medium or Strong)
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) VH® Plum Dipping Sauce
- Peel and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted sesame seeds
Directions

Step one
Skewer 4 brochettes, alternating pork cubes with a piece of orange, green onion, red and green peppers.

Step two
In a long shallow pan, combine the vegetable oil, VH® Garlic Rib Sauce, VH® Plum Sauce, orange peel, juice, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Place the brochettes in the marinade, mix until well coated and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Step three
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step four
Remove the brochettes from the marinade and placeon a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM® Original spray. Drizzle with marinade. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

Step five
Serve with vegetable rice.
Tips
- The brochettes may be cooked on the barbecue during the summer season.
