Heat oil in large skillet set over high heat; cook onion, cumin and chili flakes for 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Make four divots in sauce. Crack egg into each divot. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
Sprinkle with feta and parsley; serve with crusty bread.
