- 1 box of dry pasta
- 2 cloves of smashed garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 can (156ml) Hunt's Tomato Paste
- 2 cans of Hunt's Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups of Caponata

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Once your water is boiling cook your pasta until it's al dente. Use any short pasta you like for this dish.

In a frying pan, add 2 cloves of smashed garlic with a generous amount of Olive Oil. Once lightly browned, add 2 tablespoons of Hunt's tomato paste. When it starts to caramelize, add a full two cans of tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Étape three
Bring this sauce to a boil then reduce to a simmer and add your Caponata to create a thick vegetable ragu. Take the cooked pasta and add it to your sauce. Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and parmigiano.
